Networking is an activity many new business
owners are not aware that they must do. Business networking
should not be confused with Network Marketing. Business
networking means attending to events organised by trade
associations and professional bodies; visiting exhibitions
and conventions; becoming a member to business related
groups, such as a Chamber of Commerce, business networking
groups such as BNI, and even non-business grouping such
as the ToastMaster!
The objective in any networking meeting
is to meet up with people, understand their business and
come away with a need, which hopefully your business can
solve.
